Effective date: November 2, 2026
VIBIN AI LABS INC. ("VIBIN AI Labs", "we", "us") publishes the Cadex web page at vibin.ca/cadex. This policy explains what personal information we collect through that page, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
It covers this web page only. If you become a Cadex customer, a separate privacy policy and subscription agreement will apply to the Cadex service.

Privacy questions, access requests and complaints: info@vibin.ca
We have designated our Privacy Officer as the person accountable for personal information under Canadian privacy law.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Early access sign-up: your email address and the date and time you signed up. If you complete the next step, we also collect what your work involves, your province, and anything you type into an "Other" field.
- Emails: your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include in it.
Information collected automatically:
- Hosting logs: our website host, GitHub, records visitors' IP addresses for security purposes.
- Web fonts: the page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when you visit.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this page. Please do not send us project documents, land records, title documents or anything containing other people's personal information through the page or by email at this stage.
Why we collect it, and your consent
We use this information to:
- contact you about your early access request and tell you when Cadex is available to you
- understand who is interested in Cadex, so we can plan the early access group
- answer your questions
- keep the page secure and working
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form or emailing us. You can withdraw it at any time, as described under Your rights.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, we collect only what is reasonable for these purposes and use it only for the purposes described here. If we want to use your information for something else, we will ask you first.
Emails we send
If you sign up for early access, we will email you about your request, including an invitation when your workspace is ready. We will not send you other marketing unless you agree to it separately.
You can stop these emails at any time by emailing info@vibin.ca, and we will act on your request within 10 business days. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This page does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Who else sees your information
We use service providers to run this page and handle our email. They handle your information to provide their services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.
| Provider | What it does | Where it processes data |
|---|---|---|
| GitHub (GitHub Pages) | Hosts the page | United States and other countries |
| Google (Sheets and Apps Script) | Receives and stores early access sign-ups | United States and other countries |
| Google Fonts | Delivers the page's fonts | United States and other countries |
| Our email providers | Receive and store messages sent to info@vibin.ca | May be outside Canada |
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to establish or defend a legal claim, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
Where your information is stored
Information collected through this page is stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and regulators.
This applies to this page only. It does not describe where project data is stored in the Cadex service.
If you have questions about where your information goes, email info@vibin.ca and we will tell you.
How long we keep it
- Early access sign-ups: until Cadex launches and for 24 months after that, or until you ask us to delete your information, whichever comes first.
- Emails you send us: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Hosting and font logs: we do not control or have access to these. GitHub and Google keep them under their own policies.
We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it for the purpose we collected it for.
How we protect it
We use access controls and encryption in transit, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach of our security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal requirement to keep it
- ask us to stop emailing you at any time
Email info@vibin.ca. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, or to your provincial regulator: the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta at oipc.ab.ca, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

We may update this policy. If we change it in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and where the change is significant we will email everyone on our early access list.
